The lvl 3 Fits 14mm and 18mm female joints. It's deep cup can handle slabs and features a ridiculous 12 hole design that creates for a very smooth and even air flow.  Most ti nails come with zero, one, or two heat sink rides... The lvl 3 comes with six.  What the purpose of these ridges?  They're there to limit heat transfer from the cup to the base of the nail that's in contact with your glass joint.  Heat causes titanium to expand, so limiting heat transfer drastically decreases the chances of your nail getting stuck inside your rig.

When you factor in the lvl 3's innovative cup, sleek yet effective design, and the fact it's 100% American Made, you'd expect this nail to be in the $120 dollar range.  At $84.00 this nail is in the upper-middle price range of American Made nails, but it can still easily compete with the nails in the high-end range.
