Shipping / Returns

• 420Titanium.com ships packages out via USPS First Class Parcel Post within 1 to 48 hours after the order has been placed (Monday-Friday).
• Orders usually arrive to their destination within 2-5 business days.
• All orders are NOT taxed except for customers in New York.
• Titanium products are packaged discreetly in a 4x6 inch padded envelope.
• Glass products are securely bubble wrapped and shipped in a brown box.

International Shipping Information:

• Flat $8.00 fee for deliveries to Canada.
• Flat $20.00 fee for all other International orders.
• Please allow extra time for delivery to non-US deliveries.

Returns:

• We accept returns of unused titanium products up to 7 days after the item is delivered.  
• Please Email us at 420titanium@gmail.com if you would like a refund or an exchange for another product.
• For electric titanium nails, the box must remain unopened in order to receive a refund.
