Santa Cruz Shredder Omni Titanium Nail

         The Santa Cruz, California based company is most famous for manufacturing some of the best grinders the world has ever seen.  Recently, they jumped into the Ti industry by launching a full lineup of domeless nails, dome nails, and dab tools.  All of their titanium products are made from grade 2 titanium in California.  When we placed the initial order for all of their titanium nails and accessories, the Owner of Santa Cruz Shredder assured us that the Omni nail is "The best titanium nail in the world". That's quite the statement to make especially since we're very familiar with the craftsmanship seen in 'Dab Essentials' and 'Silika' Ti nails.  You could tell that this wasn't just a sales pitch; he truly believes that the Omni is the best.  However, once our shipment came in and we were able to initially hold the Omni in hand, we thought "Okay, he might be right....this might be the best titanium nail ever created".

        Right off the bat, we were blown about by the size of this nail.  This thing is a behemoth!  You're getting a lot of ti with the Omni.  Just the base alone is bigger and heavier than a lot of the domeless nails we currently sell.  But size alone isn't what makes this nail great.  The revolutionary cup design is one of the factors that separates this nail from others.  The cup is similar to 'Dab Essentials' Domeless' and features 6 diffusion holes which creates a very effective air flow and excellent heat retention.  The size of the cup is a lot larger, than heck, pretty much every nail on the market.  If you're a fan of "dunking" then the Omni is the best nail for you.  

        The Omni is similar to the 'Highly Educated Infiniti' in regards to its price, 4 in 1 capabilities, and setup customizations.  The Omni breaks down into 4 pieces of Ti and is definitely a lot easier to swap between joint sizes than the Infiniti.  It's pretty neat how you can customize how the layout and size of the nail with the threaded titanium rod.  The rod is pretty lengthy and almost acts like a downstem which keeps both your nail and rig clean.  

        When you factor in the enormous and well designed cup, heat retention, 4 in 1 capibilities, and the sheer size, you'll be hard pressed to find a nail better than the Omni.  Yeah it sounds cliche, but the pictures don't do the nail justice.  You need to hold the Omni in your hand to really appreciate it.  If you buy the Santa Cruz Shredder Omni, expect to own one of best domeless nails on the market for a very long time.-
